A Wine Estate is usually far more than just vineyards - all important as they are. The land can be expressed and bring pleasure in many ways, from the wild mushrooms we collect in our forests and the traditional herbs we forage and use when we entertain at home, to the dark, complex honey produced from our Cape Mountain fynbos reserve and our Extra Virgin Estate Grown Olive Oil. Olive Oil and honey express place as subtly, seasonally and beautifully as wine and are valued contributors to our story of place.
