A Wine Estate is usually far more than just vineyards - all important as they are. The land can be expressed and bring pleasure in many ways, from the wild mushrooms we collect in our forests and the traditional herbs we forage and use when we entertain at home, to the dark, complex honey produced from our Cape Mountain fynbos reserve and our Extra Virgin Estate Grown Olive Oil. Olive Oil and honey express place as subtly, seasonally and beautifully as wine and are valued contributors to our story of place.

Olive Oil 2018

Olive Oil

This Extra Virgin, cold-pressed Olive Oil from early hand-harvested, very low yielding, unirrigated groves of Frantoio, South African Leccino, Mission and naturally seeded trees, is fresh, peppery and pungent. Celebrating 28 vintages.

This raw honey is harvested from our hives seasonally and reflects the different mix of food sources on our Estate through the year.
